• Manager - A talent representative who guides the talent's career.
• Managers are more aggressive to find you work. They will actually call the casting directors and say, what can you do for me...where can you put this guy on your cast list.
• Managers are better to have, when you have actually done some principle roles, that way they can say, you know the guy that was in...they aren't really necessary to have when you first start your acting career.
• Managers should never get more than 15% of what you make, and you should never have to pay any upfront costs for representation.
